Rock Solid Property Ventures, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys, holds, and sells properties throughout South Carolina. We specialize in buying distressed homes and then renovating them to their full potential. We then resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. We also find acquisitions to buy and hold to increase capital growth within our business. The combination of buying, selling, and holding fuel this company which unlocks unlimited returns to our private equity investors.
Founded by Ethan and Hunter Casey in 2024, based on the biblical principles of honesty, integrity, and respect, our purpose is to purchase distressed properties, renovate, and put them back on the market at a fair value.

The husband and wife duo have been working in the real estate industry for over 6 years before venturing out into new territory. After their success of flipping multiple homes and establishing a real estate portfolio that includes short-term, long-term, and commercial property they decided it was time to bring a new, innovative real estate redevelopment company to the industry. To date, the duo has completed over $12,000,000 dollars in real estate transactions and this number continues to climb month after month.
Ethan graduated from Woodruff High School in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Presbyterian College. He has an elaborate background in purchasing and selling real estate and holds a SC Real Estate License. Ethan also has a rich background in creative financing and extensive knowledge in private equity returns.
Hunter graduated from Woodruff High School in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science from The Citadel. She went on to get a Master of Science at Presbyterian College as well. Hunter’s training in real estate design, color palates, and rehabbing allows her to bring the vision of each project to life, captivating the buyers in our market.
Together, they enjoy spending time with their family, friends, and their German Shepards, Macie and Drake. They travel often, love big, and dedicate their life to helping others. Get to know them for yourselves!
Alexis Stocklein
Vice President of Marketing and Relations
Alexis graduated from Woodruff High School in 2016 and holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Visual Art from Erskine College.
With a background in creative design, branding, and communications, Alexis brings a fresh, artistic perspective to the team. She oversees the firm’s marketing and visual direction, ensuring every project and property is presented with clarity, cohesion, and visual impact. She’s passionate about turning ideas into visual stories, whether through design, photography, or branding projects.
She loves spending her downtime creating, lifting, and relaxing with her husband, Drew, and their two cats, Spades and Honey.
